Terms and Conditions1. Trainers are allocated to you according to your linguistic needs and your geographical location. All trainers are vetted by Cactus Language Training and are guaranteed to be qualified to the appropriate levels. 2. Please notify any cancellations or modifications as soon as possible. Cancellation within less than 2 working days will be billed in full. 3. Any changes in class size, training conditions, or frequency of courses must by made directly with Cactus Language Training, and not with your trainer. 4. Materials supplied by Cactus or trainer are owned by Cactus Language Training or the trainer, excluding course books and course work. 5. The client must treat trainers with respect. The trainer has the right to withdraw from training if unprofessional or discourteous behaviour is in evidence or if the client is unfit for the lesson due to intoxication or other factors. 6. Please notify Cactus Language Training immediately if there are any problems relating to either course content and/or your trainer. We want you to enjoy your training, and the sooner you signal any dissatisfaction, the sooner we can move to rectify problems. 7. Trainer delays due to transport problems will be rescheduled or (with the client's consent) the time will be made up at the end of the lesson. Client delays may not be made up (except by individual arrangement with the trainer). 8. Trainers are on assignment from Cactus Language Training, and as such may not be ‘poached’ by the client. Failure to comply may result in a civil action. 9. Clients will ensure that any premises (work or home) used for classes conform to basic Health & Safety standards. 10. Location changes must be advised to Cactus Language Training 2 working days in advance with the agreement of the Trainer. Increased travel expenses due the change are billed to the client. Refunds will only be made for future lessons which have already been paid where Cactus Language Training is unable to provide the level and quality of training described in the course proposal. Where a client is unable to continue with his or her lessons for any reason, a credit note will be issued to be used by the same client or organisation for future language training within a period of 12 months. 11. If a course is cancelled with less than 7 days notice before the course start date a payment of 25% of the total cost of the course agreed is payable to Cactus. :: Client List |
