Our tailor-made courses provide employees with these precise skills, enabling them to meet the demands of their legal roles head-on, either in the UK or overseas.
As everybody's needs are different, we can build a programme that is unique to the individual, with vocabulary relevant to specific legal environments. We spend time finding out more about an employee's role, their current legal projects and language ambitions, building-up a list of topic areas or skills for them to work through.
Or, if group training is going to take place, we'll aim to ask everyone to contribute ideas as to what they'd like to cover. The advantage of this approach is that employees are very much involved in the course design and therefore remain motivated throughout.
