1) How to get the password
You will receive your password via e-mail.
2) How to log in
Use the following URL: www.cactuslanguagetraining.com/admin and type in your email address and your password. If you forget your password, click the ‘Forgotten your password' link on the Home Page.
3) What to see and how it works
• On the Home Page you will see all your lessons for the different groups you are teaching with location and duration.
• You also see whether, according to us, you have already been paid for a particular lesson or not.
• The lessons at the top of the page are future lessons. If you click on the lesson, you can make comments about the class and the material you have used. The lessons at the bottom are the lessons that have already taken place. You can easily see if you have already completed the notes for these lessons on the right hand side of the page.
• If you click on a lesson you will see the name of that group. If you click the group you will get all the group details including the names of the participants. After each lesson you should write your comments about the work you covered in the class and info about the course materials used in that lesson. Then you must click 'save', wait a moment, go back to the page, and complete the session and attendance details about each student. Then click ‘update'. The students/clients/Cactus will then be able to read this information.
• If a lesson is cancelled you will automatically be informed via e-mail about these changes (also we will telephone you).
• If you click on ‘my details' you can change your own details including address, phone number, email address etc. or you can just e-mail us and we will change it for you. Please make sure we always have an up-to-date e-mail address and daytime/evening/mobile phone number (in case of last minute changes or cancellations). Remember to click ‘save' at the bottom.
