General Language is one of our most commonly taught curricular. It is designed to get you talking quickly, correctly and confidently. It focuses on developing communicative fluency and is underpinned by a systematic approach to grammar, vocabulary and skills work. Lessons are communicative, challenging and interactive, and will engage and stretch you.

Overseas relocation, travel, communication with partners/family/friends, working abroad and personal/professional development are the most common reasons for studying a General Language curriculum.

The Business Language curriculum focuses on the development of communicative fluency within a business context, to help you communicate effectively in the course of your work.

Whether you need to be able to write emails, meet customers, host calls, attend meetings, read reports, present or negotiate, we create a course to develop the relevant skills and build your confidence quickly and efficiently. We consider the requirements of your job, business and industry sector, as well as your most frequent methods of communication and points of contact.

Working with overseas offices, business travel, relocation and communication within multi-lingual teams are the most common reasons for studying a Business Language curriculum.

We have also created a curriculum specially for Relocation, as well as advanced Business Communication Skills, such as writing, voice training, accent softening and elocution.

Specialist & Industry Specific curricular focus on developing your language ability in a particular context. As t hey are designed with a specific purpose and learning outcome in mind, the skill development concentrates on areas relevant to your objectives, so that you get the most bang for your buck.

Whether you need to be able to communicate for work in a specialist industry sector, line of work or project, or are preparing for a language qualification or exam, we create a custom-made course to help you develop the relevant skills and confidence quickly and efficiently.

Examples of Specialist & Industry Specific curricular include: Advertising, Marketing & New Media,  Energy, Exam Preparation, Financial Services, Legal,  Mining & Minerals

You will also learn some general language skills, as it is not possible to teach a language entirely in isolation.
