Language and skiing courses for young learners

If your children are finding language learning in a classroom environment heavy-going, there might be a way that you can help…

Quite often it’s children and teenagers’ experiences of learning languages at school which determine whether or not they keep up the skills they have acquired, or even develop them further.

Given the global nature of the world that we live in today, being able to speak a foreign language is proving more and more advantageous. It is important for the children and young adults of today to be encouraged to learn, which is not always easy!

As with anything, making learning enjoyable will make the experience much more successful. Whilst some children can learn adequately in a classroom environment, this is not suited to all young learners.  A great option, therefore, for students whose motivation and enthusiasm dwindles in a classroom especially is to consider a language and activity trip abroad.

Sending a child or youngster to a foreign country to do a fun activity like skiing will not only give them a great real-life setting in which to practise and learn language skills, but it will also ensure that they have a good time in the process!

Language and ski programmes have become very popular amongst school groups especially, but can also be booked for youngsters on an individual basis. Specialist ski camps ensure that children will be well looked after, will make friends easily and will get great language and ski tuition.
