Our academic planners organise, implement and assess level testing,
needs analyses, course architecture, materials development and selection,
as well as overseeing trainer recruitment, course coordination and observation.
Level Testing
Written and/or speaking tests for potential or existing staff to determine
whether language training is required, the most cost-effective course
format, or as a means of forming groups.
Language Learner Profiling
A means of pre-assessing suitability and
linguistic dexterity before an employee even sets foot in the language
training classroom.

Needs Analysis
An assessment of your current and future language
