There’s a interesting article in The Guardian this week about how foreign exchange trips are in danger of dying-out because of new child protection rules: http://education.guardian.co.uk/schools/story/0,,2287330,00.html. Community languages sidelined

Cactus announced a scholarship last year in memory of friend and colleague, Suzanne Furstner. The scholarship prize of a four-week CELTA course and two-weeks Spanish language training in Spain was announced at a special evening at The Guardian offices in London.
