Learning and Development: Case study – Tequila – Spanish isn’t just for holidays

Human Resources magazine is one of the top titles for the HR industry and included a full-page article about Cactus providing Spanish classes for Tequila. The article takes the form of an in-depth case study and looks at the benefits that language training brings to international organisations and how HR Directors can implement programmes easily. It also looks at the employee’s point of view and what they gained from the classes. Sylvia Bartels, head of intelligence at Tequila, comments: “If you work in any creative field you need to inspire your staff. This training helps us become a little more internationally minded.
