For all tailormade courses, our team will interview you to discuss your needs and expectations. At the same time, we will talk about course logistics to ensure we can fit into your working schedule. You will also be able to take our Online Tests and Needs Analysis which will refine the discussion further and give us a clearer idea of your existing language strengths and weaknesses. This is all fundamental to running a quality programme which works towards your goals and is free of charge.

9. Online Reporting System

Cactus Language Training was the first organisation to introduce an online reporting system which is remotely accessible to all parties involved in the language training programme. Trainers, HR/Training managers, students and the Cactus Academic Team all have partitioned access to the relevant parts of the system.

For language training overseas, Cactus is licensed to tour operator status to organise flights and travel components (such as accommodation and transfers) under the ATOL (Air Travel Organisers Licence) and TOPP (Total Payment Protection policy) schemes.
