Spanish Course at Escuela, in Santiago de Chile

I was frustrated being very late with Santiago’s rush hour and got lost finding the school. I took a test and was put in a beginners’ class. My classmates were from Holland, Germany and Switzerland. We studied the “ser” and “estar” verb. I found both verbs confusing but at the end of the class I felt I got an idea of the differences. After class, we had a welcome lunch of empanadas and an introductory meeting in which the staff who introduced themselves. Afterwards, I had a private lesson with Francisco. I decided to book private lessons in addition to group lesson so to enable me the opportunity to practice what I was already taught.
