LTM Star Awards 2009 - Cactus nominated!

Everyone at Cactus is delighted to have been shortlisted in the LTM Star Award Category for Agency Western Europe. Thanks to everyone who voted for us!
We believe Cactus has been shortlisted for a number of reasons. Firstly, we are very customer service focused, constantly looking for new ways to innovate and improve the products and services we offer in order to exceed our customers expectations and cater for their evolving needs. This means we offer a great range of products across the language learning spectrum.
Secondly, we always aim to send the right people to the right schools. All of the schools we work with have been selected and approved by us, so our Language Travel Consultants can advise our clients based on their first-hand knowledge and experience of the schools and their locations. This selection and approval process also allows us to establish strong and lasting relationships with our partner schools, which is something we are very proud of here at Cactus.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we feel we have been shortlisted because of our highly professional team of dedicated Language Travel Consultants. We are all avid language learners and experienced travellers, and have a genuine passion for the language travel industry.
