Cactus’s CLT division works with hundreds of clients that need language skills to help them get ahead at work. This piece in the Daily Express is a half-page article about two of them – Tequila and Emap. The feature takes an in-depth look at how learning a new language can help career prospects. It also focuses on how HR managers recognise the importance of languages for international business relations and boosting staff morale. Richard Bradford comments: “Improving the skills and adaptability of the British workforce is a key concern of educators but their advice is still being ignored by the industry. Multilingualism is stimulating UK trade, and it’s time that greater importance was placed on language training, especially in the small business sector.”
