Cactus Course Structure: An Overview
The Cactus teams in the UK and the US will be responsible for course set up, design, and delivery. The Operations Team will aim to have a trainer in place within 5 working days – often considerably sooner – depending on training location. They will also ensure reporting systems are in place for all courses, detailing lesson content, attendance, assessments, reviews, feedback responses, and comments.
All Cactus courses will include the following:
