Sport - Football & Rugby
The huge growth in popularity of football in recent years, both in the Premiership and in the Football League, has made the UK the number one location for promising and ambitious footballers from around the world.
Since rugby union turned professional a little over a decade ago, the Zurich Premiership has become the number one place for aspiring professional rugby players from all over the globe to ply their trade. And with this desire to play football or rugby in England comes the need to learn English, so that all players can communicate with more than their feet and hands, and get the most out of their stay in the UK.

How It Works
Our qualified, native speaker language trainers are based nationwide throughout the UK and abroad. The training takes place either in the office of your club, at the home of your player requiring English coaching, or in one of our training rooms which are available throughout the UK and overseas. Training can take place at anytime of day to suit your needs.
Once you've spoken to one of our training coordinators we will prepare you a course proposal/booking form, containing a sample programme and quote. Once you return this to us we will be able to put together your training programme, agree dates, frequencies and locations, brief the trainer(s) and confirm everything back to you.
Course Content
As everybody's needs are different we will build a programme that is unique to you. This doesn't cost any more - it's the service we offer to everyone. This means that we will want to spend time finding out more about your projects, your job as a professional sportsman, your language ambitions, and build up a list of topic areas, or skills, for you to work through. If training is going to take place in groups, we'll aim to ask everyone to contribute ideas as to what they'd like to do.
The advantage of this approach is that you, and/or your colleagues following the course, are totally involved in the course design and therefore remain motivated throughout.
Of course, if you don't know what you'd like to work on, we can make suggestions to you of what may be relevant. At lower levels of language ability, it's often useful to spend time running through the basic language first but, even here, we're able to 'flavour' the lessons with the themes and vocabulary, and the situations and scenarios, that you're likely to need.
