How Does It Work?
The Cactus HR ROI Tool divides assessment into two separate areas;

✅ KPI assessment
The linguistic assessment is based around ‘Can do statements’ in line with the CEFR (Common European Framework) and chosen according to the practical application of skills in the work place and the target language level. Cactus Language Training will evaluate the level test, needs analysis and feedback from the consultation to produce a set of statements which will form the core basis for progression and achievement. For this stage the teacher and the delegate will assess the progress of the delegate which is bench marked against the level-specific ‘Can do statements’.
For the KPI assessment the company (HR/L&D manager/coordinator) and the line manager of the delegate will confirm the key areas of improvement they wish to see from the language training. This is expressed in specific goals, outcomes and percentages. At the end of a block of hours the manager then evaluates the targets set against the actuals to show the tangible improvements made in the key areas that impact efficiency, revenue and profitability.
