Hong Kong City is the political, economic and historical centre of Hong Kong Island. Separated from Kowloon Peninsula and the New Territories of mainland China by Victoria Harbour, it is a fascinating fusion of Asian tradition and Western modernity. Its pockets of zen-like tranquility contrast dramatically with the bright lights and big city feel of its main downtown area. Yet it's these very clashes of personality that give it such charm. One minute you can be living it up in the entertainment districts of Lan Kwai Fong and Wanchai or flashing your credit card in a fashionable shopping mall, the next minute all the noise and heat fades into the background as you step into one of its many verdant parks or cool temples. Hong Kong is a world of experiences in itself. There may be 14 million people here but there is certainly something for everyone.

How It Works

Our qualified, native speaker language trainers are based throughout the world. The training takes place either in your company offices or in one of our training rooms which are available throughout the world. Once you've spoken to one of our training coordinators we will prepare you a course proposal/booking form, containing a sample programme and quote. Once you return this to us we will be able to put together your training programme, agree dates, frequencies and locations, brief the trainer(s) and confirm everything back to you.

Course Content

As everybody's needs are different we will build a programme that is unique to you. This doesn't cost any more - it's the service we offer to everyone. This means that we will want to spend time finding out more about your projects, your job, your language ambitions, and build up a list of topic areas, or skills, for you to work through. If training is going to take place in groups, we'll aim to ask everyone to contribute ideas as to what they'd like to do.

The advantage of this approach is that you, and/or your colleagues following the course, are totally involved in the course design and therefore remain motivated throughout.

Of course, if you don't know what you'd like to work on, we can make suggestions to you of what may be relevant. At lower levels of language ability, it's often useful to spend time running through the basic language first but, even here, we're able to 'flavour' the lessons with the themes and vocabulary, and the situations and scenarios, that you're likely to need.
