Terms & Conditions: 1. Participation is open to UK residents aged 21+ excluding employees and their families of Cactus Worldwide Ltd & Cactus Worldwide Inc, their agents and any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. 2. To enter you must complete the entry form and submit it to Cactus at The Language Show 2009. Incomplete entries will be invalid. 3. All personal data collected for the purposes of the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Cactus' Privacy Policy. 4. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 5. The winners will be drawn at random on 2 November 2009 from all valid entries received. Cactus will contact the winners by email after 2 November 2009 and will provide details of how to redeem the Prize. If the Prize Winner does not respond within 14 days of notification by email, the prize will be deemed "unclaimed" and withdrawn. 6. Note that by entering this Promotion you agree to have your name released as a Prize Winner, should you be drawn as a Prize Winner. 7. The Prize is a Cactus Professional Development Course for Foreign Language Teaching for Adults for one person only and is limited to course and location options available through Cactus Worldwide Ltd at the time of redemption. The Prize must be redeemed and used by 31 December 2010 and will be non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Usual booking terms and conditions apply. 8. The Prize has no commercial value and cannot be redeemed for cash. 9. A special offer price of £120 for Cactus Professional Development Courses is available to all competition entrants until 31 December 2010 and is limited to course and location options available through Cactus Worldwide Ltd at the time of booking. Cactus will contact participants by email after 2 November 2009 and will provide details of how to claim this special offer price. 10. Cactus reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Promotion and Special Offer without prior notice.
